Role Description

The Fitness Head role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon. The Fitness Head will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of fitness and wellness programs. Responsibilities include managing daily fitness activities, leading a team of trainers, creating innovative fitness programs, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients. The individual will also manage fitness center operations and maintain a safe, engaging, and motivating environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Expertise in fitness training, program development, and wellness initiatives
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and staff effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols within a fitness environment
• Ability to analyze trends and innovate fitness offerings to meet diverse client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
• Certifications in fitness training or personal training are highly desirable
• Prior experience managing fitness programs or facilities is an advantage
