Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in Gurgaon. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for developing customized fitness programs, providing one-on-one or group training sessions, offering guidance on proper exercise techniques, and monitoring clients progress. This role also involves conducting circuit training sessions, offering nutrition advice, and collaborating with clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
Knowledge in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
Understanding of Nutrition and the ability to provide dietary guidance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate clients
Certified fitness trainer with relevant credentials (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
Experience in conducting group fitness classes is a plus
Ability to work effectively with diverse client needs and fitness goals
