Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Head, located in Gurgaon. The Fitness Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of fitness centers, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of member satisfaction. The individual will also be tasked with developing fitness programs, leading group classes, and providing personalized training sessions. Additionally, the Fitness Head will conduct health and wellness workshops, manage corporate health initiatives, and ensure the proper maintenance of fitness equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness center management and development
• Skills in conducting group classes, personalized training, and health workshops
• Knowledge of gym design, setup, and equipment maintenance
• A background in nutritional counseling and guidance
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage corporate wellness programs
• Degree or certification in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• Experience in managing specialized programs for medical conditions
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
