Fitness Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in Gurgaon. The Fitness Manager will oversee daily operations of the fitness center, manage group classes and personal training sessions, and ensure adherence to fitness and safety standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing fitness programs, managing staff schedules, conducting fitness assessments, and providing exceptional customer service to members. The Fitness Manager will also handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, marketing, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise, Group Training, and Personal Training
• Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and the Fitness Industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement fitness programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
• Certification in fitness training or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
