Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Fitness Manager. The Fitness Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of fitness programs, including coordinating group exercise classes, personal training sessions, and managing other fitness services. Responsibilities include creating schedules, ensuring the quality of exercise programs, supervising fitness staff, and maintaining high customer engagement standards. The Fitness Manager will uphold industry standards, track client progress, and ensure safety protocols are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Group Exercise and Group Training
• Proficiency in Personal Training techniques and practices
• Strong understanding of the Fitness Industry and Exercise Physiology
• Effective communication, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience with client engagement and maintaining safety standards in fitness environments
• Certification in fitness training or related field is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field is a plus
