Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager based in Gurgaon. The Fitness Manager will oversee daily operations of fitness programs, supervise and support staff in group exercise and personal training sessions, ensure the delivery of high-quality fitness services, and maintain gym standards. They will also be responsible for designing exercise plans, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and delivering exceptional experiences to members.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Group Exercise and Group Training methodologies
Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Personal Training
Strong understanding of Exercise Physiology and its application
Ability to motivate, lead, and manage a team effectively within a fitness setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for health, wellness, and guiding others in achieving fitness goals
Certification in personal training, group training, or fitness instruction is preferred
Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, or a related field is a plus
