About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to lead our fitness operations, oversee trainers, drive membership engagement, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of fitness programs, and experience managing a fitness center or gym.

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness center operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and mentor fitness trainers and support staff
• Create and implement fitness programs, group classes, and training modules
• Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
• Monitor fitness equipment, ensure safety protocols, and coordinate maintenance
• Drive membership growth through sales strategies and client engagement
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fitness management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of fitness training programs, equipment, and wellness trends
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
• Certification in fitness training, sports science, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and multiple operational tasks
