Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Manager, based in Gurgaon. The Fitness Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the fitness center, develop and implement group exercise and training programs, and ensure a high standard of service. The role involves managing personal training programs, mentoring fitness staff, monitoring progress of clients, and maintaining a vibrant and motivational environment. The Fitness Manager will also coordinate events related to health and wellness while ensuring all equipment and facilities meet safety standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Group Exercise and Group Training
• Strong knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Personal Training practices
• Understanding of Exercise Physiology and its application in training
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team while building strong relationships
• Certification in fitness or personal training is preferred
• Experience in creating and promoting health and wellness programs is a plus
