Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails regarding products, services, orders, or issues.
  • Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and email etiquette.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the team lead or manager.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Work in coordination with international clients across time zones.
  • B.TECH ,B.E, B.Sc, Any Post Graduation fresher are not eligible.

  • Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walk-in.
