Fire Officer

1. Monitor thework permits and other activities in the campus for safe working.

2. Regularinspection of fire detection system / FACP and Fire pump room, HSD yard, Gasbanks and STP.

3. Ability toliaise with local admin authorities such as Fire department for mock drill,license renewal and other timely supports.

4. Conducttraining and presentations to health and safety matters and accidentprevention.

5. Periodicconduct of safety audits of entire premises and appraising clients andmanagement on deviations and necessary corrective actions thereafter.

6. Ensuringcontractors safety program.

7. Ensure safefit out and other repair activities in coordination with projects to ensureaccident free premises.

8. Responsiblefor Timely inspection/renewal of building HSE compliances including Fire NOC.

9. Ensure firemock drills to be conducted twice a year and subsequently submit reports.

10. Responsibleto prepare Emergency plan and FF plan for the building.

11. Inspectequipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.

12. Inspectequipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.

13. Investigateaccidents or incidents to discover causes.

14. ConductingRisk analysis and ensuring the proper solution to avoid the risk and hazard.

15. Inspectionof machines, lifting tools and other equipments to ensure the compliance andsafe working.

16. Responsibleto ensure that new employees receive timely orientations and induction on EHSrelated matters.
