Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle daily reconciliations across bank accounts, lending partners, payment gateways (PGs), and LMS.
Track and monitor disbursements, collections, repayments, and settlements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial dashboards, and operational trackers.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and partner requirements.
Coordinate with lending partners, NBFCs, payment providers, and internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.

Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations within an NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI setup.
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis tools).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams.
