Finishing Manager

Max healthcare is looking for a Finishes Manager for the upcoming projects. The detailed job description is as follows:

• Applying the creative side to ensure finishes for a state of the art world class Hospital facilities.
• Technical coordination with Clients/Consultants/Architects.
• Interior Construction Management.
• Scheduling of projects and monitoring.
• Alignment with Projects construction team & leaders.
• Valuations of projects handling and billing.
• Quality control and assurance.
• Familiar with Sourcing of local/Imported high end Materials/process and Installation.
• Knowledge of MEP and the Coordination with MEP/Other Project Participants
• Exposure to BIM will be added advantage
• Experience in handling Fast track projects.
• Knowledge of Lighting/Landscape related works
• Project Monitoring Through MS Project/Primavera/Identify the key milestones/Productivity improvement etc.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation Plans
• Proven track record of identifying the snag and rectification before handover with Excellent Tracking System.

Other Specifications :

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• Candidates with experience in Hospital & Hotel's will be preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience and 2 years in a team management role
