Finishing Manager

Role Overview: - Applying the creative side to ensure finishes for a state of the art world-class Hospital facilities. - Technical coordination with Clients/Consultants/Architects. - Interior Construction Management. - Scheduling of projects and monitoring. - Alignment with Projects construction team & leaders. - Valuations of projects handling and billing. - Quality control and assurance. - Familiar with Sourcing of local/Imported high-end Materials/process and Installation. - Knowledge of MEP and the Coordination with MEP/Other Project Participants. - Exposure to BIM will be an added advantage. - Experience in handling Fast track projects. - Knowledge of Lighting/Landscape related works. - Project Monitoring Through MS Project/Primavera/Identify the key milestones/Productivity improvement etc. - Risk Identification and Mitigation Plans. - Proven track record of identifying the snag and rectification beforehand with Excellent Tracking System. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Civil Engineering. - Candidates with experience in Hospital & Hotel's will be preferred. - Minimum 10 years of experience and 2 years in a team management role.,
