Finishing Manager

Gainup Industries India Private Limited is a vertically integrated manufacturer specializing in spinning, socks, garments, and gloves production. We operate with 450 socks machines, 750 garment machines, 300 glove machines, and 25,000 spindles for spinning. Our extensive manufacturing capability underscores our commitment to high-quality production and operational efficiency. We are currently looking for a Finishing Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Dindigul. As the Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing operations, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery. Your role will also involve implementing and monitoring project management processes and adhering to industry standards. The ideal candidate should possess Quality Control and Production Management skills, along with experience in Project Management and Construction. Having an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is required. Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential for this role, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to work on-site in Dindigul is a must. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.,
