Finishing Manager

The Finishing Manager position is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure the timely and efficient completion of finishing tasks. Your primary duties will include managing quality control processes, coordinating construction activities, supervising production management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with project management responsibilities to ensure that all projects meet the specified standards and timelines. The ideal candidate for this role should possess skills in Quality Control and Production Management, along with experience in Project Management and Construction. It is required to have an SMSTS certification and demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be advantageous, and experience in the vegetable export industry is considered desirable.,
