Finishing Manager

The role of Finishing Manager in Bangalore is a full-time on-site position responsible for overseeing and managing the finishing operations of various construction projects. The primary focus is to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This includes coordinating with project managers, supervising finishing teams, ensuring adherence to project deadlines, and conducting quality control assessments to meet company standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Quality Control and SMSTS, skills in Project Management and Construction, expertise in Production Management, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organizational and communication abilities. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Kolkata. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or additional training in construction management would be advantageous.,
