Promarc is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) who specializes in Hotel and Resort Execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on site execution experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely project completion with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of Hotel & Resort construction projects
• Manage site teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Prepare & monitor project schedules, quality checks, and progress reports
• Ensure adherence to safety, cost control, and quality standards
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, and MEP teams
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.E. Civil (Must)
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in building construction, preferably in Hotel/Resort projects
• Strong execution, coordination & team management skills
• Ability to work under timelines and handle high‐value projects independently
• No bar for deserving candidates (Salary negotiable based on skills & experience)
