Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for applying your creative skills to ensure finishes for state-of-the-art world-class Hospital facilities. You will also handle technical coordination with Clients, Consultants, and Architects, manage interior construction, schedule projects, align with the Projects construction team, handle valuations and billing of projects, ensure quality control and assurance, source local/Imported high-end Materials/process and Installation, coordinate with MEP and other Project Participants, monitor projects through MS Project/Primavera, identify risks and create mitigation plans, and track milestones and productivity improvement. Additionally, you will need to have experience in handling fast-track projects, knowledge of Lighting/Landscape related works, exposure to BIM will be an added advantage, and a proven track record of identifying and rectifying snags before handover.
