Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finishing Manager based in Dindigul. The Finishing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the finishing operations, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery. The individual will also be tasked with implementing and monitoring project management processes and adhering to industry standards. Qualifications Quality Control and Production Management skills Experience in Project Management and Construction SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Dindigul Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is a plus
