Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser, located in Dindigul. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies, conducting market research, analyzing sales figures and customer behavior, and collaborating with buyers, suppliers, and distributors. Daily tasks include ensuring product availability, maintaining store visual presentation, and maximizing sales and profitability. Additionally, the Merchandiser will implement promotional activities and ensure effective customer service.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Understanding of Sales, Retail, and Marketing principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and execute merchandising strategies
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the textile or fashion industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
