Finishing Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Be the brand ambassador for TQ Cert, inculcating TATA Group core values in the team, promoting healthy work culture

Overall responsibility for Project Finishes delivery as per the project goals and achieving client delight with a client centric approach

Adopt safety first approach, inculcate safety culture in team, implement safety plans and protocols

Define and implement project delivery strategies and project execution plan, integrate and implement digital tools in project management

Lead the team in planning, executing, tracking all from covering design management, procurement management, contract management, time & cost management, quality and safety management, change management and risk management

Prepare execution plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with codes and standards for Finishing activities

Provide technical guidance to the team, empower the team, foster collaboration and help in clearing of hindrances

Ensure that, all works meet established quality standards through regular inspections and implementing quality control procedures

Serve as the primary liaison between all stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

Specific Experience:

Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams

Proven experience in driving Finishes works for residential/commercial/mixed-use Projects

Basic Qualification & Key Technical Skills:

Education: BE/BTech in Civil Engineering / Architecture

Experience: 15+ years in project management in relevant sector (Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality) out of which at least 3 years as Project Manager / Lead Finishes for any High-rise Premium Residential Project

Technical Knowledge: Strong domain knowledge in civil and interior finishes and overall exposure to MEPF and services

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Conflict resolution and managerial expertise

Agile, collaborative and customer centric approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
