Financial Representative - Fixed Assets

We're looking for a Financial Representative - Fixed Assets to join our accounting team. Reporting to the Manager - US GAAP, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with internals teams to resolve operational issues related to assets, assisting in documentation preparation for internal/external audits and SOX compliances
• Analyzing and processing asset additions, verifying POs and invoices for accuracy, authorization, and compliance before recording entries in the FAR
• Managing the end-to-end process of asset transfers between locations, including documentation, transaction posting, and reconciliation across entities
• Managing disposals/retirements obtain approvals, calculate gain/loss on disposal, prepare disposal journal entries and supporting documentation
• Executing periodic physical verification, reconciling physical counts to FAR and resolve exceptions, supporting the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with FAR, resolving discrepancies

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Master's degree in accounting or finance coupled with at least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite or another similar ERP system and advanced excel

• Prior exposure to multi-location / multi-entity asset accounting and intercompany transfer
