Financial Representative - Fixed Assets

As a Financial Representative - Fixed Assets at our company, you will play a crucial role in the accounting team. Reporting to the Manager - US GAAP, your responsibilities will include: - Liaising with internal teams to resolve operational issues related to assets, assisting in documentation preparation for internal/external audits, and SOX compliances - Analyzing and processing asset additions, verifying POs and invoices for accuracy, authorization, and compliance before recording entries in the FAR - Managing the end-to-end process of asset transfers between locations, including documentation, transaction posting, and reconciliation across entities - Managing disposals/retirements, obtaining approvals, calculating gain/loss on disposal, preparing disposal journal entries, and supporting documentation - Executing periodic physical verification, reconciling physical counts to FAR and resolving exceptions, supporting the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with FAR, and resolving discrepancies **Minimum Qualifications:** - Master's degree in accounting or finance coupled with at least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience - Experience with NetSuite or another similar ERP system and advanced excel **Preferred Qualifications:** - Prior exposure to multi-location / multi-entity asset accounting and intercompany transfer - Strong communication and analytical skills - Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time Put your passion and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader in our General and Administrative team, where you will support and scale our company's growth with a strong foundation.,
