Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager located in Pune. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and budgeting processes. Daily tasks include preparing financial models, forecasts, and budgets, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Budgeting & Forecasting skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills for financial analysis and modeling
• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Modeling
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience in AEC or IT solutions industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
