Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview: You will join a leading financial services organization as a seasoned FP&A professional to collaborate closely with the CFO and senior leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting function to contribute towards strategic decision-making, performance improvement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting using Power BI, ensuring alignment with RBI, IFRS, and Ind AS standards. - Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. - Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate scenario planning and investment decisions. - Perform variance analysis, profitability assessments, and business performance reviews. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to offer data-driven strategic insights. - Ensure regulatory and internal compliance throughout all planning and reporting activities.
