Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

You are being hired for the role of FPNA Manager for one of the leading clients in Gurgaon/Noida. With over 10 years of experience and educational qualifications including CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA, you will be responsible for the following: - Planning and forecasting, conducting financial analysis to highlight risks and opportunities in meeting revenue and margins. - Collaborating with operating teams and support teams to establish metrics, goals, and business reviews. - Forecasting revenue and margins based on lead indicators, identifying risks and opportunities in advance for resource allocation. - Developing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels. - Supporting business decision-making through Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), managing deal commercials, contract management, and negotiations. - Proposing solutions to business challenges, researching variances to forecast and budget, and proactively identifying improvement opportunities. - Conducting month-end and quarter-end activities, overseeing DSO governance, and managing varied stakeholder relationships. - Preparing the Annual Operating Plan for the clients, monitoring unexpected variances, and providing monthly reporting and analysis of business performance. - Evaluating sales pipeline, collaborating with sales leaders to assess revenue and gaps to targets. - Ensuring timely signatures of all financial documents without any revenue loss. - Collaborating with OTC teams for timely billing to clients and cash collections. - Handling external and controllership team audit queries.
