Core Responsibilities

Key Account Management:

Drive revenue growth and account penetration within a mature, existing account by fostering strong, long-term client relationships.

Customer Interface:

Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring high service levels, quick turnaround on requests, and proactive communication, especially with demanding international clients.

Project Execution Oversight:

Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments, execution of project milestones, and accurate documentation for tenders and proposals.

Accounts Receivable Management:

Track and ensure timely collection of payments, working closely with finance and the customer to resolve any disputes or delays.

New Product Development:

Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and launch new products, aligned with customer requirements and strategic growth goals.

Commercial Operations:
