Financial Plan & Analysis Manager

Role Overview: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and play a crucial role in determining financial outcomes. Your responsibilities will include collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, reconciling transactions, financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing actionable business intelligence to management through an FP&A system. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the subject matter expert in installing and leveraging an FP&A system for actionable business intelligence - Develop and prepare annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial and KPI reporting for executives, investors, and regulators - Partner with key departmental stakeholders to provide financial and analytical support - Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury functions to improve the outcomes of the Finance organization - Create budget, forecast, and perform GAAP reporting - Create investor and executive strategic reporting, highlighting factors such as deviations - Possess experience in FP&A and/or Strategic Finance - Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline; master's degree preferred from an investment banking background - Demonstrate a strong work ethic, detail-orientation, commitment to accuracy, and ability to focus on complex financial problems - Experience with data management and/or financial information systems - Previous experience in neo-banking, retail, and/or commercial banking preferred - Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive activities simultaneously - Willingness to understand and learn new products and concepts as the company innovates to serve customer needs - Knowledge of Netsuite, Tableau, Anaplan would be advantageous - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides helpful - Solid understanding of financial theory, forecasting, and financial accounting; knowledge of statistics is a plus - Team player with a flexible workflow and schedule to meet team goals Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation Note: This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
