Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role, strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software and reporting tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Central Securities Depository systems or similar operations.
