The Financial Operations Analyst CSD & Ops is a crucial role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial systems, particularly within the Central Securities Depository (CSD) and broader operations team. Your role will involve managing financial data, conducting transactional analyses, and supporting various financial processes. Responsibilities will include analyzing and managing financial data related to Central Securities Depository operations, collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations, monitoring transaction processing and financial settlements accuracy, preparing detailed operational and financial reports for management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity, contributing to financial process improvements, participating in cross-functional projects, liaising with external partners, developing performance metrics for operational insights, supporting risk management efforts, and providing expertise on CSD operations. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations or a similar role, strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software and reporting tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Central Securities Depository systems or similar operations. Operational Insights Trip, Route & Tonnage Capacity Optimization: Analyze data to optimize routes, reduce fuel consumption, and improve delivery times. Vehicle Tracking: Track vehicle locations, monitor driver behaviour, and optimize fleet utilization. Preparation of data for Fleet and its Maintenance activities to align with other stakeholders for speedy repairs to reduce downtime of the allocated fleet. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA, fuel efficiency, and vehicle utilization. Business Intelligence Trend Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in operational data to align business decisions. Predictive Analytics: Use data analytics and machine learning to predict transportation demand, capacity, and potential disruptions. Business Insights: Provide insights on transportation operations, customer behaviour, and market trends.
