Job Description

Assist the partners in the transactions, from origination pitch stage to transaction executionand transaction closure.
Advice & assist in various issues of Corporate Law, Stamp Duties, IBC, FEMA regulations.
Secretarial advisory and assistance on various company law matters such as formation ofcompany and various other entities, maintenance of secretarial records, e-filing of forms withMCA.
Support in preparing the research papers and for representation before the regulatoryauthorities.
Conduct review of data provided by the client such as financial statements, Direct-Indirecttaxation, history of the company and managements objectives of restructuring of thecompany.
Assist the partner in final deliverables such as preparing drafts for Scheme, applications,petitions and documentation.
Analyse reports related to taxation, valuation, documents pertaining to appeals andlitigation, etc. and summarize the same.
Prepare option papers, customized as per the requirements for the clients.
Research the related articles and judgements (from various sources) as per the requirementsand prepare abstracts.
In case of legal aspects/litigation, assist the Partners in hearings with the concernedregulatory authorities.
Responsible for maintaining accurate filing, documentation and correspondence with theclients.
Create presentation for clients.
