Financial Counselors

Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in or referred customers and explain product offerings effectively
Conduct detailed financial needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust
Follow up on leads, close sales, and achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and customer onboarding
Participate in ongoing training and product updates to remain informed about offerings

Candidate Requirements

Experience
: Minimum 1 years in direct or face-to-face sales (Banking industry)
Qualification
: 12th Pass or higher
Age
: 25+ years
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused
Basic computer literacy (CRM usage, reporting, etc.)

Compensation

CTC
: 2.5 3.5 LPA
