Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Acquisition of high-net-worth customers in the mapped geography.
To know & offer various banking products to both individuals and institutional set of customers.
To be the subject matter expert representative face of DCB BANK for the HNW banking segment.
Individual role with New-to-bank customer acquisition responsibility for Liability and other banking products
Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Track & achieve of allocated goal sheet targets and performance benchmarks as per units business objectives
Understand various banking products and processes for both individual and institutional customer segments.
Monitor operational compliances & maintain business MIS thereof

Preferred candidate profile

Should have done HNW customer acquisition role before
High sales orientation/ relationship skills
Understanding of banking products and services
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills in both English and the local language
Able to manage complex client situations & multi-tasking
Strength to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to engage and manage all hierarchies incl CXOs / Senior leadership team of Institutional segments.

Experience of regulatory guidelines and norms will be great advantage
