Job Title: Finance Controller

Job Summary:

Role & responsibilities

• Financial Management

  : Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Financial Analysis

  : Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate financial performance.

• Cost Management

  : Analyse manufacturing costs and develop strategies to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  : Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with company goals.

• Reporting

  : Prepare financial statements, management reports, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.

• Audits & Compliance

  : Ensure compliance with financial regulations, coordinate internal and external audits, and implement necessary controls.

• Team Leadership

  : Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Strategic Partnership

  : Work with senior management to develop financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills and Qualification

• CA or ICWA Minimum of 6 -9

  years post qualification experience, ideally within manufacturing or cosmetics- personal care industries.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing processes, and supply chain finance.

• Proficiency in ERP systems

  and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Male candidates willing to relocate to Sindhudurg district will be preferred.

Advantage Skills:

• Knowledge of personal care product manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Ability to develop financial models and forecasts.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards affecting financial reporting in the industry.
