Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and providing analytical support to make informed financial decisions. The role also includes managing day-to-day finance operations and implementing financial controls.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills to support financial decision-making
• Solid experience in MIS design and reporting and Financial Reporting
• Expertise in Accounting practices and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA, MBA, M com) is a plus
• Experience in the energy sector/ manufacturing is advantageous
• Expense tracking and control
• Bookkeeping and accounting principles (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred)
