Job Description

As a Financial Controller, your role will involve overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This includes tasks such as accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Your strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills will be crucial in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all financial processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual accounts. - Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash-flow projections. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings. - Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and audit processes. - Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion. - Monitor and analyze financial performance; provide strategic recommendations to management. - Optimize financial processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. - Support leadership in financial planning, investment decisions, and cost-saving initiatives. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting for management and stakeholders. - Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications: - CA / CMA preferred. - MBA (Finance) or Masters in Accounting/Commerce (M.Com) is an advantage. - 7-10 years of experience in financial management, controlling, or senior accounting roles. In this role, your skills and competencies should include: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance. - Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other financial software; advanced Excel skills. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. - High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability.
