Job Title: Leasing Manager Location: LEGEND SQUARE,SEC-33 GURUGRAM Salary Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Experience Required: 5–6 years Industry: Retail / Real Estate / Mall Management Reporting To: Mall Head / General Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee and manage the leasing of retail spaces within our shopping mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, ensuring occupancy targets, and maintaining strong relationships with retail brands and franchise partners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential tenants in line with the mall’s tenant mix strategy Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with clients Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements and related documentation Maintain database of lease agreements and renewal schedules Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth lease execution Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand alignment Conduct site tours with prospective tenants and clients Achieve occupancy and revenue targets set by management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field 5–6 years of experience in leasing, preferably in retail, real estate, or mall management Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing software tools Good understanding of commercial property laws and leasing practices Ability to handle multiple deals and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-term tenant relationships Benefits: Competitive salary within ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month Performance-based incentives (if applicable) Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing retail team Professional development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Sector 33, Gurgaon, Gurgaon - 122003, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
