Role & responsibilities

Accounting Oversight & Reporting

• Manage all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, and month-end/year-end closings.
  
• Ensure the preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial statements such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
  

Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis

• Lead and consolidate budgeting and forecasting processes.
  
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
  

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems.
  
• Coordinate regulatory reporting, oversee external audits, and ensure compliance with applicable financial standards and regulations.
  

Cash Flow & Risk Management

• Monitor cash flow and liquidity, manage debt, and oversee collections processes.
  
• Identify financial risks, drive cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to overall financial governance.
  

Financial Strategy & Analysis

• Analyze financial performance and support key investment decisions.
  
• Develop and implement financial policies.
  
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
  

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams.
  
• Collaborate with executives, auditors, banks, and regulators to ensure finance strategies align with organizational goals.
