Financial Controller

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing financial data and controlling processes.
  

• Plant Operations and Performance Control:
• Oversee and control MBIL plant operations and performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Financial Consultation:
• Leverage financial information and analysis to provide consultation to MBIL functions on business decisions like outsourcing, buy vs. lease and situation dependent scenario mapping.
• Offer insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Business Case Preparation:
• Prepare comprehensive business cases to support new projects and initiatives including local sourcing decisions, make or buy decisions and decision pertaining to outsourcing of services as well.
• Evaluate financial viability and potential return on investment for proposed projects.
• Product Calculations:
• Perform detailed product calculations to determine cost structures and pricing strategies.
• Analyze product profitability and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Project-Based Controlling:
• Manage project-based controlling activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project costs and performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Business Plan Finalization and Monitoring:
• Finalize and monitor the business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Track progress against the business plan and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Investment Planning and Decisions:
• Oversee investment planning and decision-making processes.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Risk and Crisis Management Coordination:
• Consolidation of identified Financial Risks along with periodic reviews
• Support to the Crisis Management Coordinator during crisis as applicable as per the Organization’s Crisis Management Plan
