Job Description

Overview:

Finance-focused Research & Slide Producer


Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze daily market updates related to 

    MicroStrategy (MSTR), BitMine Immersion (BMNR), Bitcoin, Ethereum

    , and broader macro/crypto trends.
  • Convert complex financial data into 

    simple, story-driven slides

     for live YouTube sessions.
  • Work closely with the host (Ted McGrath) to ensure slides align with his 

    live talk flow, tone, and teaching style

    .
  • Identify key narratives, data points, and visual cues to keep live audiences engaged.
  • Track news, charts, and social sentiment to surface high-impact talking points.
  • Collaborate with the social media and video editing team to repurpose slides for short-form and carousel content.


Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of 

    finance, crypto, and equities (especially MSTR & BMNR)

    .
  • Excellent research and summarization skills.
  • Proficiency in creating 

    Google Slides / Keynote / Canva decks

     with clean visual storytelling.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging 

    talking points

     that complement live delivery.
  • Awareness of 

    YouTube trends, hooks, and live engagement formats

    .


Bonus Skills:

  • Basic video editing or thumbnail layout understanding.
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools, TradingView, or CoinGlass.
