Financial Analyst

*JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Customer Interaction & WhatsApp Group Management

· Create WhatsApp groups for each customer titled "Loan Guru V/S Customer Name."

· Send greetings and primary document checklists.

· Follow up for document submissions, clarifications, and customer support.

2. Customer Profiling

· Prepare primary profiles based on call recordings including personal, business, and financial details.

· Highlight customer merits and challenges using data from calls, documents, bank statements, and tax filings.

3. Document Management

· Categorize documents into KYC, financials, banking, and loan repayment tracks.

· Rename and upload documents to the designated drive folders.

4. Document Verification

· Cross-verify identification documents (e.g., Aadhar, PAN).

· Use checklist-based systems to ensure completeness and identify discrepancies.

5. Income & Financial Analysis

· Analyze ITRs (last 3 years) for total and net income.

· Review GSTR3B for income calculation, delays, or inconsistencies.

· Perform bank statement analysis (12 months) for major credits/debits, EMIs, cheque bounces, and obligations.

· Verify ITRs against financial statements including profits, capital changes, and liabilities.

6. Loan Statement & CIBIL Analysis

· Review loan statements to ensure consistency with other financial data.

· Generate and analyze CIBIL reports, identifying overdue payments, defaults, or legal issues.

7. Profile & System Updates

· Ensure daily updates to customer profiles and the profit center database.

8. Project Report Preparation

· Prepare project reports with projected financials, company background, business details, and utilization plans.

9. Bank Finalization Support

· Assist the bank finalization team by addressing customer queries and ensuring documentation is complete for sanctioning

10. Coordinate with bank managers and arranging visits

11. Coordinate with customer and bank officers for clearing queries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
