Financial Analyst

e are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and identifying financial trends that help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past financial data and performance
• Prepare reports and financial models to support decision-making
• Track financial status by monitoring variances and identifying trends
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Conduct benchmarking and variance analysis
• Develop financial plans, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams (accounting, operations, senior management)

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)
• Master’s degree or MBA in Finance is a plus
• Certification like CFA, CPA, or CMA is an added advantage

Experience:

• 4–8 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or reporting
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex financial data in a clear manner
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• UK shift
