Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts, and providing essential support to senior management for financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable: Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and collections to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key financial performance indicators.
• Maintain General Ledger: Ensure proper journal entries, balance sheet management, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Vendor & Client Communication: Liaise with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Expense Management: Monitor and report on company expenses to ensure budgetary control and adherence to financial policies.
• Data Entry & Filing: Input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records for auditing purposes.
• Audit Support: Assist with external and internal audits, providing required financial documentation and reports.
• Other Duties: Perform other accounting-related tasks and special projects as required by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,133.19 - ₹24,999.00 per month
