Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet revenue targets via the company website. Monitor and analyze website performance, conversion rates, and customer journeys to identify sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to ensure the website is optimized for SEO, user experience, and digital sales. Manage inbound sales inquiries via the website, chatbots, contact forms, and social media. Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance digital sales efficiency (CRM, analytics, automation). Regularly review analytics and reporting to make data-driven decisions. Generate monthly and quarterly sales performance reports and forecasts. Coordinate with product and operations teams to align online sales with inventory and delivery capabilities. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ digital strategies. Train and manage a small digital sales team or work closely with digital marketing specialists.
