Key Responsibilities: Managing the overall ATL & BTL portfolio of designing and delivering innovation Business/Client servicing through the avenue of Design Concept Planning for the project in terms of creativity Client brief assessment and effort estimation Coordinating between the Client and the Internal team in fulfilling requirements Knowledge of key design software (supervision and self) Up to date with the knowledge of common, forever, innovative and recent design trends within the industry Supervising design and development functions at various stages of a project Managing the vendors and the teams for various ATL and BTL jobs Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Qualification & Technical Skills: Graduate with required certifications in respective software usage. Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Desktop Publishing Tools, Acute Vision, Handles Rejection, People Management. Thorough knowledge of the latest designing software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw, Freehand, Adobe Image Ready, Flash, Giff Animator, After Effect, Dream Weaver, Front Page. Areas Of Specialisation: Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, Outdoor Medium, Event Management, Graphic designing, Creative/Studio Coordination, Printing and production, Merchandising etc. The selected candidates will get exposure of working on projects for leading consumer goods and retail companies, in India and Abroad.
