Financial Account Manager

As an Accounts & Finance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing all financial and accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing direct & indirect taxation, legal drafting, finalization of books of accounts, and visiting branches & LLPs as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end accounting processes, from data entry to finalization of books. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards. - Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). - Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits. - Manage direct & indirect taxation processes, ensuring timely filings and compliance. - Oversee all entity-related work concerning financial and legal aspects. - Periodic visits to branches & LLPs to review financial operations. - Provide financial guidance to branch heads and ensure compliance at all levels. Qualifications Required: - Inter CA with 5 years of relevant experience OR M.Com with 8 years of relevant experience. - Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.). - In-depth understanding of direct & indirect taxation. - Experience in finalization of accounts and audits. - Proficiency in legal drafting and compliance handling. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple entities efficiently.
