Financial Account Manager

As an Account Manager with 2-6 years of experience in handling financial accounts, you will play a crucial role in our client's team. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for client accounts. - Building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients. - Understanding clients" business goals, challenges, and needs, and proposing solutions accordingly. - Monitoring account health including usage, satisfaction, feedback, and performance metrics. - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services. - Negotiating contracts and renewing agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company. - Coordinating with internal teams (e.g. sales, product, customer success, support) to ensure timely delivery of solutions, resolution of issues, and alignment on expectations. - Preparing and delivering reports to clients and senior management about account status, performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities. - Handling escalations and client concerns to maintain satisfaction and retention. - Ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients/new services for existing clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, account plans, proposals, contracts, etc., using CRM tools.,
