Financial Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Findoc, an Indian financial services group known for offering a wide range of services such as Algo Trading, Equity Investments, IPOs, Commodities, Derivatives, Currency Trading, and Mutual Fund Investments. As a Senior Manager Finance & Accounts based in Gurugram, you will play a key role in overseeing daily financial operations, managing accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and developing financial strategies. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and leading a finance team to support the overall financial goals of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly closing activities and Monthly MIS - Generate custom reports based on management requirements for KPIs - Create advanced dashboards and conduct trend analysis on various financial aspects - Guide team members in daily compliance and accounting tasks - Streamline accounting and reporting processes - Ensure tax compliance with GST, TDS & Income tax regulations - Coordinate with other departments for timely and accurate accounting - Work closely with statutory and internal auditors - Prepare financial statements on a quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc basis - Supervise timely filing of SEBI/Exchange returns and reports - Implement ERP/advanced accounting software for broking/trading activities - Optimize tax positions in derivatives and proprietary trades - Provide financial insights to business heads for decision-making - Support management in evaluating new business opportunities and acquisitions from a financial perspective Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Finance and Account Management - Strong Customer Service and Sales skills - Experience in Team Management - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus - Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
