Financial Account Manager

One of our client Hiring for a Account Manager with 2-6 years of experience in Handling financial accounts.

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships while understanding their business goals and proposing solutions in the real estate finance sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients business goals, challenges, and needs; propose solutions accordingly.
• Monitor account health: usage, satisfaction, feedback, performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
• Negotiate contracts and renew agreements to maximize value for both client and company.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. sales, product, customer success, support) to ensure timely delivery of solutions, resolution of issues, and alignment on expectations.
• Prepare and deliver reports to clients and senior management about account status, performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Handle escalations and client concerns to maintain satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients / new services for existing clients.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account plans, proposals, contracts, etc., using CRM tools.
