Experience:

2-3 years in Finance roles. Ideally in Retail, FMCG, or CPG.

About the Role:

This is the role that sits right at the heart of Finance and ERP
As a Finance Technology Analyst at The Whole Truth, you'll be the bridge between everyone from the finance functions such as AP, AR, Taxation, Inventory Valuation, Reporting and SAP ERP
you'll be the first point of contact for anything finance in ERP: queries, know-hows, issues, enhancement requests, you name it
This role is your launchpad to becoming a full-stack finance technologist, fluent in SAP FiCO and the realities of a fast-growing FMCG business

Key Responsibilities:

Be a big part of our SAP S/4 HANA implementation right from day-1.
Be the go-to person for all things Finance ERP namely AP, AR, Taxation, Valuations & Reporting.
Act as the first line of support for finance in ERP like addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, liaising with the SAP partner and keep things running smooth.
Safeguard data integrity ie, every posting, every audit trail, every reconciliation must be accurately accounted in the ERP.
Map and align financial flows from Unicommerce, Enmovil into ERP so that there are no broken pipes, no leaky data.
Automate the boring stuff like the periodical reconciliations, GST reporting, compliance checks so finance runs faster, cleaner, and audit-ready.
Collaborate with the data management analyst to serve up dashboards (P&L, receivables aging, working capital, margins) that are as sharp as they are reliable.
Free up the CFO s office from chasing numbers by ensuring reporting is always on, always right.

What we're Looking For:

Education:
bachelors or masters in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in SAP FiCO (non-negotiable).
Industry Fit:
you've worked in Retail / FMCG / CPG companies or with an SAP partner on projects in these industries.
Finance Domain Knowledge:
Good grasp of AP, AR, GL, taxation (direct and indirect), inventory valuation, and reporting.
Tech-Savvy Mindset:
you're as comfortable with ERP workflows as you are with compliance checklists.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented:
You notice the cracks before anyone else does and fix them.
